Heidi Cáceres, our CEO and co-founder, spent years working as a virtual assistant and inside companies that place remote talent across Latin America. She saw the same problems repeat themselves: slow vetting, poor matching, lack of follow-through, and talent treated as a commodity rather than a strategic hire.

Frey Calderón, our CCO and co-founder, brings a decade of brand strategy and business growth experience, working directly with founders and leadership teams across industries.

Together, we built HeiHub to do what those companies didn’t — connect US businesses with Latin American professionals who are genuinely vetted, culturally aligned, and set up to succeed from day one.
